Virtual Role will be OPEN Friday, October 11, 2024. We have confirmed access to the building, power is on, and internet is up and running.

October 7, 2024 | 1:00pm

Virtual Role will be CLOSED Tuesday, October 8, Wednesday, October 9, and Thursday, October 10. In the event that our office is able to re-open on Friday, October 11 we will do so. (Exception: Medicare Home Agents who have made arrangements with management to work remote Tuesday, October 8).

Virtual Role is closely monitoring Hurricane Milton. At this time, we will operate with normal business hours Monday, October 7, 2024. We will also continue with our new hire training class for the Medicare Program.

We want all of our families to remain safe and employees that evacuate will be excused from work. If you will not be at work, please reach out to your manager and keep them informed.

More information to follow regarding office hours the rest of the week. In the meantime, please prepare!

Virtual Role’s office is open today, Friday, September 27. If you are able to safely make it to work, operating hours are as follows:

  • UK Program 7:45am - 3:00pm

  • Medicare Program 9:30am* - 5:00pm

  • Vacation Program 9:45am - 5:00pm

Hurricane Helene’s track has shifted slightly east. Virtual Role offices will CLOSE at 2pm today, Thursday, September 26. Home agents will continue through end of shift if power is in tact.

Be safe, all! Check in tomorrow morning for any updates, but at this time the office plans to reopen Friday, September 27 with the following operating hours:

  • UK Program 7:45am - 3:00pm

  • Medicare Program 9:30am* - 5:00pm

  • Vacation Program 9:45am - 5:00pm

No major changes in Hurricane Helene's track as of the 5am report. The office will remain OPEN today for those who are able to make it in, but we will continue to monitor. Lunch will be provided.

As of 11am Helene is now a Hurricane. It seems to have shifted to the west even more but is expected to be a Major Hurricane by Thursday morning. At this time, Virtual Role will continue to remain open. Know your zone at https://kyz.pinellas.gov/
